[iPAQ] Voltage Scaling.

Hi all,

   How's it going? I wanted to do some development for
the IPAQ H3970 which has an Intel XScale processor
PXA 250 inside. I was mainly interested in looking at
the voltage/frequency scaling feature of the XScale.
ALthgough XScale does have the support for that it
seems that IPAQ h/w might not actually provide many
voltage levels to choose from. IMO there are only two
available voltage levels. Has anybody had a changce to
look at this aspect of the IPAQ? Also any other
pointers to good documentation of the IPAQ
internals..would be great...I did not find much on the
COMPAQ/HP site..
