[iPAQ] restore crashed ROM

Hello!
I tried to update my iPAQ 3630 by infrared connection and it got stuck.
Boot process of MS Pocket PC 2002 is not working any more. How can I
flash my ROM with the backup I made? (Rompaq Update Utility is not
working because the device cannot be detected.)
