[iPAQ] restoring ipaq 3835

I am having dificulty restoring my ipaq to windows. my rom backup was only
arcive is less than 3 meg. I have had some luck with the sofpaq instructions
however, my system locks up at the i paq splash screen. I am certin if i re
install the linux image it will still boot.
what can I do to put ce back on this unit?
