RE: [iPAQ] 2.4.18-rmk3-hh20 and battery monitor update

I wouldn't bother upgrading unless I had a Nexian or PiTech sleeve.

If you have a specific post-rmk3 patch in mind, please pass it along.
We haven't moved off of -rmk3 because it didn't look like there was
anything in there that would affect the iPAQ.
