RE: [iPAQ] IPAQ 3975

There are directories for BootBlaster, BootBlaster3900, and bootldr.
Please join the bootldr@handhelds.org mailing list, and _please_ be
careful with your 3900. The 3900 does have a JTAG port; having a JTAG
programmer is a good idea.
