You did not bother to tell us what kind of iPaq you're using, but I'll
guess on a 38xx. The only simple solution for your proble is to
donwgrade to a 37xx or 36xx. I'd have a 3630 for trade ;-)

Seriuosely: you must detect what kind of ipaq you're using and than use
a different image on the 38xx, as the screen is installed 180deg
rotated. (the type if ipay is listed somewhere under /proc/hal/*)
