RE: [iPAQ] skip scannig of flash on bootup

If you press and hold the center of the joypad, then push and release the reset button, then wait a second and release the joypad, you will get to the boot> prompt without scanning flash.

Similarly for reboot while holding the joypad.

Please keep up the good work with your dual boot images.
