Kernel 2.4.18-rmk3-hh14

Changes:

* Fix for H3800 suspend/resume problem. The H3800 should now resume
quickly after a long suspension.

* Cleaned up RTC handling during sleep mode for H3800.

* Added extended battery handling. Should improve battery performance
for PCMCIA Plus and CF Plus sleeves on H3800.
