[iPAQ] IPAQ 3835 Freezes after resume.

I have an IPAQ 3835 with familiar 0.5.3.
 I installed bash and did a
task-complete. If i suspend my ipaq for
a few hours(most of a day) and then come
back later and resume it, it powers up
the screen and shows x, and then freezes
with this message over the serial port
"IRQ LOCK: IRQ31 is locking the system,
disabled" it just keeps repeating this
until i do a hard reset. I found out
that irq 31 is rtc but have no idea why
it's doing this. Please help.
