[iPAQ] A kit for power measurement

Hi all,

Does anyone know where I can buy an electronic kit for measuring power
comsumed by an ipaq. I once saw on the web that it is a circuit board
connected to ipaq and has a serial (I guess) connected to a PC for
recording the power consumption.

Does anyone know about this?
