[iPAQ] USB device not accepting new address=11 (error=-110)

Hello,

Does anyone have an idea why I get the following error message when
trying to hook up by ipaq with the PC through USB ?

Jul 16 16:58:50 pc1804 kernel: hub.c: USB new device connect on bus1/2,
assigned device number 11
Jul 16 16:58:50 pc1804 kernel: usb.c: USB device not accepting new
address=11 (error=-110)
