(1) is my fault, I'll upload a new version later on today. (2) I'm not
totally clear on: it only seems to happen with --auto-select-filename or
whatever that option is called. From a quick glance at the code it
looked like Moray might be trying to use Gtk functions before calling
gpe_application_init, which could be bad news. I'll see if I can sort
that out too.
