You have one legal option:
- install linux (and than you can add X or opie on top with any language
you want)
and one illegel one:
- get hold of an english ipaq, backup the rom and copy it to your ipaq.
note that this will void your warenty
(use bootblast from www.handhelds.org to backup/restore your wince
rom, do not restore bootloader or assets)
BTW: this mailing list is about Linux on the iPaqs, so don't ask (me)
further questiosn on how to copy wince images :-)
