It depends on the expansion pack. If the expansion pack has one slot that holds CF cards, then it is a CF sleeve. If it holds one PCMCIA card, then we call it a PCMCIA sleeve, etc.

Regarding the Blueflash card, it seems to be a CF card. Google found me this page:

which talks about bluez support for various cards, including blueflash. It says blueflash is based on the Ericsson chipset as opposed to the CSR chipset used by Socket. It requires the bluecard_cs driver, which we did not have built for the iPAQ. I'll make sure this driver makes its way into the next set of kernel packages.
