[iPAQ] New x86 to ARM cross tool chain available

Hi all,

I have built a new x86 to ARM cross tool chain based on gcc version 3.0.4 which was stable.

If anyone is interested, I can make it available. It was quite a tough job building a cross compiler!

Russell, if you would like to make it available on your website, I can send to you. It is a huge file though.
