[iPAQ] Question about Linux on the 3600

I installed the bootloader on my Ipaq 3650 and all is going well until I
try to put on packages...it tries to access the web but it can't. After
much turmoil I would like to go back to just plain MS PocketPC.
However, the machine I originally did this on has crashed and is
completely reformated.

I have my disks here but no idea how to get the boot loader to load the
Pocket PC version so I can sync and get back up and running?

I can get into the Linux shell with HyperTerm, but cannot Sync with
active sync.

Please help.
