[iPAQ] iPAQ partition

hi all,
Does anybody know the partition mapping of the iPAQ :
entry points from the /dev directory for RAM FS, FLASH FS ?
I've just found something (out of date ?) at :

At this time, I just currently use the default familiar partition after
installation...I guess that one can mount by hand RAM FS...
