Do you mean a graphical login or a console one? I have a console login on
my iPAQ provided by login.ipk - don't need tinylogin for that.
Oh, wait, you've got a keyboard on the console, haven't you...
If you mean a graphical login, I assume you mean X... mallum has been
working on a screenlocker which asks for a password, which is the closest I
know to a graphical login right now. There are problems with this kind of
thing - you really need a keyboard onscreen to get a reasonable level of
input accuracy for passwords. There was a discussion a *long* time ago
about whether or not passwords should be hidden - having them hidden means
you never know if they're right until you try them, while having them open
means someone can see over your shoulder...

"ipkg remove tinylogin" should do the job, same as any other ipkg...
Cheers
