[iPAQ] Expansion pack specifications.

A number of you have queried us on specs for building your own expansion
packs for the iPAQ (the hardware hackers among us).

The developer's page for the iPAQ is up at:

A majority of this page has to do with WindowsCE, but...
In addition to links back to handhelds.org, this is where you can order
a CD with the expansion pack electrical & mechanical specs. It is a "FREE
CD for the mere cost of shipping and handling."

Note that there is a list of hardware that has been tested under
WindowsCE: whether there are Linux drivers for that particular hardware
is a different topic, but it may be useful just a lists of hardware to
investigate to try out under Linux that works at a hardware level with
the iPAQ H3600.

There will be more to come later to help the hardware hackers among us,
but this may help some of you, and we haven't been keeping good track
of the queries we've received for the expansion pack specifications.
