[iPAQ] Got it ;) (kernel panic on console blanker)

Hi all!
Attached is a relatively small diff against the latest CVS iPaq kernel
(2.4.0-test8-rmk5-np2 as of 13th Oct.).
It does the following:
 - Fixes the kernel panic when no X is running and the console screenblanker
tries to blank the screen (exactly 10 minutes after quitting X ;)
 - Changes the console screenblanker to not only switch off the backlight but
also the whole LCD (I like this very much because I am currently playing around
with other UIs than X and would else have the LCD on all the time).
 - Includes a clean kernel patch for the SA1100 real time clock driver.

Apart from the console blanker's default behaviour which just represents my
taste of it I think the rest of the patch is worth being included into the
upcoming kernels.
So could someone responsible at Compaq please include this into the kernel CVS
tree? Comments are absolutely welcome and if there is something I should better
change please tell me so. I have tested the patch carefully and think it's OK.
