[iPAQ] Expansion board memory space

I've designed my own expansion board, and am using the control signal #CS4
to access memory. It seems to be using a 32 bit access, rather than the 16
bit access. I found some mail from Holly Gates and Jamey Hicks indicating
that #CS4 will only do 32 bit accesses, but since I can't find anything in
the official spec from Compaq about it, I thought I'd ask to make sure
there wasn't some configuration register in the ASIC to control 32/16 bit
accesses.
