[iPAQ] RE: 10 seconds freeze at startup: a bit more info

What's OWM ? And OWM timeout ? What would be a good timeout ?
The only (seemingly related) thing I see in /proc/asic/stats is "OWM
timeouts 4" but I doubt it's that.
