[iPAQ] glob: ipkg install error

I've recently tried to install a number of packages(toad, dnote), and
only succeed in getting error messages

file "/usr/sbin/install-menu", line 6, in ?
    import glob
ImportError: no module named glob
..

where do I get the module containing 'glob'

gsoko is also requiring dependency gtk, yet I cannot find such, or at
least am not sure which...

toad and gsoko have worked in the past.
