[iPAQ] Restoring PocketPC

Hello,

i am aiming at restoring Pocket PC on my IPAQ 3630...But i have some
trouble with your wince restoration pages !

First, when installed pixil version, i made 4 flash files, each of them
having a 4 Mo size.
I tried to reinstalled these files but that didn't work.

Then, i tried to reinstalled Pocket PC version from a Compaq IPAQ Update.
...and...It didn't work no more (i noted that the NK_*.NBF file is 15 873
Ko and not 16 Mo...So when i tried to recreate backup images(using dd),
the size of
the file and the size that would be convenient (16 Mo) don't match...

Finally, the bootldr (parrot.bin) does not seem to be installed:

boot> load bootldr
loading flash region bootldr
using xmodem
ready for xmodem download..
Download Successful
00040000 bytes loaded to C0000400
Not loading bootldr into flash
Downloaded image does not have BOOTLDR_MAGIC: 646C7462
Instead found: 00000000

...and my IPAQ as the CRL / OHH message but that's all !

Can you givre me some advises/suggestions ?
