[iPAQ] (no subject)

I have downloaded the file Familiar v0.5.1 task-bootnet.jffs2. And I have a
USB/Serial adapter. Now what do I do ? Can someone please give me
steb-by-step instructions ? Note : I also have the bootldr on my ipaq, it is
an ipaq 3765 running PocketPC 2002.
