[iPAQ] Restoring Wince

Hi,

I've tried following the restoring wince pages a few times now, however I
have been unable to restore wince. Here's the log of what I see when
loading root:

boot> load root
loading flash region root
using xmodem

Ignoring all that <grin> trying boot wince leads to a screen fade over a
few seconds.

My IPAQ is a Compaq IPAQ 3850.

Any ideas? Sorry to be a pain....
