I strongly suspect that we'll need a window manager optimized toward small
screens, rather than taking one of the existing ones (I could be wrong,
but only time will tell).

The Gnome and KDE guys are working on a joint document for extensions to
the ICCCM: if we end up complying with that, everything should be fine...
