[iPAQ] Programming in Python on the iPAQ

I've put up the start of a new HOWTO (in the handhelds.org HOWTO
section; http://www.handhelds.org/minihowto/python-ipaq.html) that describes how
to get a python 1.5, pygtk, libglade, libxml image onto your ipaq so that
developers who wish to can play with python/gtk/glade.

I hope to make some test programs available soon. I started to work on re-sizing
the default testgtk application so it would fit on the iPAQ screen, but got
distracted by the Wiki stuff....
