The boot log shows that Linux believes that there are four partitions: bootldr, params, kernel, and root. Assuming you started from a WinCE iPAQ 3650 and installed the Familiar v0.5.1 bootloader and JFFS2 image, this shouldn't have happened. The latest bootloaders set up just two partitions: bootldr and root.
Check to make sure you have a bootloader compatible with Familiar v0.5.1 and try a "partition reset" from the bootloader (to get the default two partitions), followed by "load root" (and send the Familiar v0.5.1 JFFS2 image). After you've downloaded the root image, it's always a good idea to type "reset" at the boot prompt or to hit the reset button just to make sure that your bootloader reparses the JFFS2 image before trying to boot anything.
