  I was running the ROM upgrade utility, it appeard to run ok, but it won't boot. It hangs at the red and white iPaq screen with the correct ROM version number (2.14) in the lower right along with P1.04. Doing some searching via Google, it appeared that someone here might be able to help me. Also, I do not have a CF expansion sleeve.

  Any help you might be able to give would be appreciated.
