See the little 'F' and 'B'? they're menus. Click on one to drop it down.
Now all four directions will work. However, pressing the 'action' button
doesn't activate - it's mapped to keypad-enter, which does nothing for
the dillo menu. I usually xmodmap it to Enter.

did you try rxvt? Or pyditor? both use all four directions.
