I believe you require a 'sleeve' adapter for either format...
I would be inclined to get either the single PCMCIA or dual PCMCIA sleeve,
because I know there are PCMCIA/CF adapters, and I'm fairly certain they
support CF Type II (IBM MicroDrives are CF Type II devices).
> I planning to purchase a wirless card, CF or Wireless?
I'm assuming you meant CF Wireless or PCMCIA Wireless... hrmz... I can't
think of any way for it to *not* burn a whole whack of power, so I think
you're screwed either way.
I know that the PCMCIA sleeves (or perhaps just the dual) has an extra
battery to help you power the PCMCIA devices, and I'm not sure if the CF
sleeve does.
> Also, what kind of harddisk are currently supported by the ipaq?
I'm fairly certain the 3670 can *totally* deal with CF Type II cards,
provided you have either the CF sleeve or a PCMCIA sleeve and a CF adapter.
That said, would anyone on this list working for Compaq care to give me a
job? Or a distributorship for iPaq handhelds? </HHOS>
