[iPAQ] HELP ME

Hello:
My boss has an IPAQ IP/3635PC. He has lost ALL the paperwork and the formatting discs(??). He said that the battery ran low and he lost everything on the handheld. He says he can't find any of the paperwork.

Where can I get a complete set of instructions and the software that goes with this model???
