[iPAQ] BootBlaster on H3850

Hallo,

I have the iPAQ H3850. From your FTP I uploaded

BootBlaster_1.8.exe
BootBlaster_1.8.exe.md5sum
bootldr-2.18.01.bin
bootldr-2.18.01.bin.md5sum

into my Private Directory.

Then after successfully Backup I Startet
BootBlaster->Program->bootldr-2.18.bin

Then I got the message:
BootBlaster Error
erase_flash unlock status
<0xaa00aa

Does this means, that my flash is write protected? And what can I do?
