[iPAQ] Can't locate module xirc2ps_cs

does the following suggest anything to anyone?
I'm at a total loss: /lib/modules/2.4.17-rmk4/pcmcia/xirc2ps_cs.o certainly
exists.
Not sure what's to be done
using Xircom ce3b-100btx card
