[iPAQ] Uart for iPAQ

This is Ken form Japan.
I want to make the serial port by using the iPAQ interface pin(via foxcom
connector PCMCIA bus).
May be I think it is possible if I use the 16550 uart device.
I can forecast that the composition of the hardware that it connects the
16550 uart device with the iPAQ PCMCIA bus.
However, in this case, I do not understand if the winCE device driver is
necessary.
If you know the iPAQ and the expansion_pack well, please inform me.
And I want to know where to acquire information on the iPAQ and the
expansion_pack.
