Oi!
Unfortunately, at this time you need to have a serial cable
connected between your desktop and ipaq to get to the boot> prompt. The
reason for this is that at this stage of the installation, the ipaq
doesn't have any USB driver installed.
You can get a serial cable directly from Compaq at their website.
