[iPAQ] IPAQ 3850 Touch screen won't calibrate

I downloaded ipkg task-complete and the ipaq boots into X (which is pretty
amazing), but the touch screen was a little off, so I ran the calibrate
application and after calibration, the screen is not working properly. The
top portion of the screen is accessible from the bottom of the screen. I
tried re-calibrating, but to no avail.

I tried rotating to landscape, but this didn't help.

The touch screen worked perfected in Wince.

Any suggestions?

BTW there has to be a better way to get OS flashes to the device. Serial IO
is taking ~50minutes to put back wince.

Can't the boot loader implement tftp or something?
