You did use a recent version of familiar (e.g. v0.5.1), if not the 38xx
series has the dispay connected in a 180 degree rotated way and you'd
have to update your X server.
(GTK Menu has an entry to rotate the display, but if your xserver is too
old your keypad will always be 180 degree off)
