You problem has nothing to do with power, but with bus saturation. The
iPaq only has a 16Bit 8MHz bus and that is saturated by the Aironet card
('s driver) and the screen is not refressed in time. The only thing that
would help you is to reduce the bandwidth of the wireless connection.
Maybe you do not want this.
