[iPAQ] help with cf modem

I have the compaq 56k compact flash modem, but I cannot get
it to work. I'm running familiar 2.4.16-rmk1 and QT Palmtop
version 1.4.0.

When I plug the modem into the ipaq, I get the following messages:
