[iPAQ] Question of "UART" driver.

Hi,
I am an engineer in Japan.

I will develop "iPAQ Expansion Pack".
Moreover, I will include the circuit of "UART",
refers to "UART Connection with CF slot" of
COMPAQ'S TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION.

Then, I have some questions.
Should I make the driver of this "UART circuit"?
Or, can it be obtained anywhere?
