[iPAQ] ipaq image change

Can /usr/local/lib be added to LD_LIBRARY_PATH in the default image? We already
have /usr/local/bin in the PATH...Most user installed libs would be in
/usr/local/lib (if they are on /dev/flash6 anyway).
