Yup, I came across this bug as well. Do you have one of the 16 or 32 meg flash
iPAQs. The solution is fairly easy. You must eflash the sectors by hand.
i.e.:
eflash 0x00c00000
eflash 0x00c40000
eflash 0x00c80000
eflash 0x00cc0000
eflash 0x00d00000
...
until you get to the end of the flash region (0x00fc0000 IIRC).

This won't happen for the other 3 images. My guess is some variable is
being clobbered. I do believe the Compaq guys know about this.
