Glenn,
Try talking to it at 57600 baud. If this works, get into the bootldr and
set baudrate 57600
params save

Subject: [iPAQ] Ipaq doesn't respont to input from terminal emulator
Greetings folks,
I am the proud new owner of an H3650 running Linux Package .16
Installation went smoothly without a hitch.
I hope someone would answer a (hopefully) simple question for me. I have
perused the list archives and don't see anything similar (and would prefer
to save a few hours digging for the answer myself, call me lazy)
Anyhow, somewhere along the line, the iPaq stopped responding to input from
the terminal. I think I logged in on the console maybe once or twice, but I
can't login on console now. The behaviour is observed using both Hyperterm
as well as minicom.
I do get output displayed on the terminal though. I can watch the whole
bootup sequence, but have no way of interrupting it to get to the boot ldr,
and can't login on console.
Perhaps I have power-cycled the thing incorrectly...maybe something simple
like the getty configuration on the handheld....my Linux is rusty, as I have
been doing WinCE and destop Windows for 9 months.
all help appreciated!
