The 5 units upgrade by Circuit Technology (3 just RAM, 2 RAM+Flash) all
worked. With v01.6, one extra linuxarg "mem=64M" is required. Two units
are still running PocketPC, but it does not recognize the addtional memory.

I have a price quote for $59/Flash chip (2 required per iPaq). I do not know
the lead times. The first 5 were done with samples from Intel.
