[iPAQ] Screen rotation...

It is always dangerous when Keith and I get on the phone (we do so regularly
to plot).

Expect that screen rotation (not to arbitrary rotation, but landscape and
portrait) will work in v.17, as a single screen. We realized that with
xinerama, we would get lots of what randr will give us today.

We still need randr for lots of other reasons (for example, notifying
window managers that the orientation changed), but this will solve the
immediate want for rotating the screen. We'll get randr implemented
after ALS.

So this hack works (at a cost of a bit of memory), and it is definately
in the Really Cool catagory (WinCE can't do this, for example).

The screen will appear to be 320x320 in size, with part of it invisible.
(since the screen is 240x320 in size).

Note that the V.17 sequence will be starting immediately, as Jamey and
I have the keyboard squared away properly now. I think all the buttons
work the way I want: right now, the joypad buttons autorepeat, and
since I've made the other buttons modifiers, they do no autorepeat.
The center joypad works: it is mapped to the Enter keysym.
