[iPAQ] sourceforge installed on handhelds.org

We now have SourceForge installed on handhelds.org at
http://www.handhelds.org/SourceForge/

The installation is not quite complete -- the scripts to create email
aliases and mailing lists are not there yet.

You should be able to create logins, create projects, use document upload,
CVS. I have not tested file upload yet.

It's not installed in a root directory on the webserver, so it took quite a
bit of hacking to get it to work. If you run into broken links, please send
me a note with the broken link and the page from which you got the broken
link.

I hope this is useful as a way of enabling more people to participate in
projects on handhelds.org. I think it's going to make our administration
job easier (once we get it into a fully working state).
