[iPAQ] ssh/openssl on the skiffcluster

ssh and openssl are built on the skiffcluster... Set your SSL or SSLTOP
envvars to /home/guest/ssl, ssh is in
/home/guest/mtaht@picketwyre.com/openssh-2.1.1p4. scp wants ssh to be in
/usr/local/bin, haven't bothered with it yet.

sshd and ssh are HUGE - 600+k - they don't appear to link against shared
openssl libs... there are no shared openssl libs! I am going to start
ripping ciphers out and see what I can get down to....

<subliminal message> it would be nice to have sshd as a daemon on the
skiffcluster as I at least can't telnet or rlogin or rcp out of my
corporate net... </subliminal message> and ssh/scp is just more
secure... at least it will be once a recent exploit is patched.

I have not tried these binaries on an ipaq yet, perhaps tonight. Basic
ssh functionality (compression, the blowfish cipher) seems to be
fine....
