[iPAQ] /dev/flash6

I just upgraded to 0.16 on my h3630, and in the manual it says to build
a filesystem on /dev/flash6, but in a note from 9/8/00 it says "don't
use /dev/flash6"
How do I know if I can use it or if I have 16 or 32 M flash chips?
